I was impressed by the entire process actually – I was very hands on and loved the engagement with the team. They were really inclusive and talked me through every step of the way, and for me as the owner I felt very welcome and comfortable being involved. It’s the best renovation experience I’ve ever had. In the past we’ve had more than our share of challenges, so it has been really refreshing to work with Yakka Build. There was also a friendliness about it, there was never any animosity, and when things did come up that we had to deal with, the team were more than happy to get it done.

Previously in renovations, once the job is done the builders are gone. With Yakka they gave us amazing after-sales service too. There’s always little issues and follow-up jobs to be done once the main renovation is complete, and nothing was too big or too small for the Yakka guys. It really was a full-service experience.
