A large frameless frosted glass splashback was installed, designed to let in the natural light from outside. The addition of a third level created an abundance of space to incorporate all bedrooms, with the master bedroom capturing magnificent ocean and beach views. The finer details of a Stucco finished wall, travertine floors & joinery and a ‘Marblo’ frosted translucent benchtop created a luxurious finish to the master ensuite. Artworks from the notable Artist ‘Martine Emdur’ graced the interior walls of the home, while unique black trims on the external and internal accentuated the detail of the windows and timber work to the front of the home. A polished concrete ‘exposed aggregate’ heated floor was added to the lower ground level, opening through bifold doors to a polished concrete bench seat in the rear yard. Sophisticated rimless lighting and timber featured lighting installed throughout the levels brought the home together with a warm sense of home.
